Refund and Returns Policy
1. Return Window
Customers have 14 calendar days from the date the order was delivered to request a return or exchange.
2. Eligibility for a Refund
- The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number) is required.
Non-returnable Items: Final sale items, gift cards, and certain hygiene products are exempt from being returned.
3. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (via Stripe) within 7 to 10 business days.
4. Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
